Introduction：

LW decanter is the machine of separating suspending liquid on centrifugal sedimentation. With the centrifuge, it is possible to separate the particle from suspending liquid, whose equivalent diameter is bigger than 0.003mm, solid-liquid weight ratio is less than 10%, volume ratio is less than 70%, difference in specific gravity is bigger than 0.05g/cm3 .

Main features：

Continuous Solid -Liquid Separation: Solids are continuously separated from the liquid phase by the application of centrifugal force ranging up to 3000 times the force of gravity, efficiently and economically.

The Clarifier Principle: The LW decanter has the characteristics of a clarifier wherein gravity is replaced by centrifugal force-many thousand times greater in effect.

Applications are wide ranging and encompass:
◇ Clarification of liquids.
◇ Dewatering or deliquoring solids.
◇ Thickening or concentration of solids.
◇ Classification of solids suspended in liquid.
◇ Handling a wide size range of solid particles from 5mm down to few microns.
◇ Handling slurries with a solid content from as low as 0.5% to as high as 65% w/w.

Economical Operation: reduced dose of polyelectrolyte. In addtion there is economy of space,power and labour required in the decanter.
