Introduction：

LS model vertical top discharge centrifuge is the predecessor of all scraper centrifuges.Even today, however, there are still numerous applicatoins which lead to the use of a top discharge centrifuge. The separated product is lifted out manually. Because of this, product chutes are not required. The top discharge centrifuge with sack discharge displays its advantages especially in the presence of non-scrapable or very sticky products.

Lower production levels i.e. fewer batches per day.
Less sophisticated plants with low level of operator skills.
Very hard or very sticky product.
Frequent changes in the product batches.
Plant is horizontally configured.
