Introduction： The GLZ model vertical axis centrifuge is a batch type, filtering machine, with semiautomatic or fully automatic operation (PLC). It handles products with grain size at least 0.005 mm; with concentration from 3% to 50%; solids production from 50kg/h up to 5t/h. The product is loaded through the feeding pipe (or self rotating inclined filling and washing cone) and after the washing and dewatering cycles it is scraped from the bowl with scraper. A broad knife as alternative is available. The product is discharged through the bottom outlet which is wide enough not to retain any material. The product cutting is always carried out at low speed. Main features： Construction is in accordance with G.M.P. regulations. The centrifuge is manufactured according to the safety regulations for the accident prevention. Quick extraction of the filter cloth. Cleaning or changing of the filter cloth outside the centrifuge. The C.I.P (clean in place) system. The C.I.P (clean in place) system allows to wash the process area thoroughly and without opening the machine. Fixed or rotating nozzles positioned in strategic points are used. The patent is used:self rotating inclined filling and washing cone.the advantages are: (1) Lack of umbalancements (in fact, the rotating cone is recommended for easily filterable products, that usually cause unbalances during the charging phase); (2) Washing uniformity and therefore constant purity of the product with reduction in the consumption of washing liquids; (3) Lack of slurry droppings on the solids collection chute, which could pollute the discharged product.(show the right photos) → The Gerb vibration control system from Germany is used. Top cover or full cover can be open by cylinder.so cleaning and examination maintenance is very easy. Electric motor with frequency converter and PLC or PC is used,too.you can set all kinds of parameters conveniently.
