Introduction:
FWZ inverting filter
centrifuge is a machine for low/medium productions of chemical and
pharmaceutical products. Operation is completely automatic. the
centrifuge are automatically controlled and feature a horizontally
mounted, cylindrical filter drum.

Principle
of operation:
Feeding
The feeding pipe is located at the basket center. The maximum load
is advised by sensors which operate the feeding valve; it's closed
when the preset value is reached. This system allows an optimum
and efficient charge of the basket.
Washing
It is performed through the feeding pipe. The phase duration is
based on time or quantity of the washing medium.
Centrifugation
The inverting filter centrifuge has an high speed, assuring a considerable
G factor, which is decisive for shortening the drying phase. A low
residual moisture is easily obtained.
Discharge
This is the phase where a new conception of operation has been developed.
◇ The centrifuge has reached the discharging speed (depending on
the basket size).
◇ The axially sliding shaft starts moving, pushing the product out
◇ The product (cake) which was originally formed on the internal
side of the filter cloth is gradually discharged due to-the
--inversion of the cloth.
◇ The product is collected into the solids chamber and discharged
through the solids outlet. During all these phases ---------the-centrifuge
is completely closed and gas tight (if required). All the operations
are performed automatically and there ---is
no contact between the process room and the external environment.
The cloth is fixed with two rings, one attached to -----the
basket and one to the pushing plate. Its replacement is easy. |

Main features:
a special design
for inflammable and toxic products is available.
Suspension:
elastic dampers avoid high dynamic loads excluding the use of
heavy foundations.
A metallic screen
which improves the filtration and allows a smooth cloth movement
is mounted on the basket. The filter -----cloth,
anti-adherent, monofilament, is made generally of polypropylene.
PTFE cloths are available
C.I.P. system is available for an automatic cleaning of the centrifuge;
on request, a version with complete open able
frame --allowing an easy access
even to the rear part of the basket is available.
Electro chemically
polishing is available on request for preventing from bacteria
growth.
Use Gerb vibration
control system for effective control vibration.
Process is automatic
by PLC、PC etc.
Main application:
Worthy
products where a delicate filtering process and a careful handling
of the crystals are required.
Products with fine grain size where the presence of the
heel cake (residual layer remaining on the cloth after scraping
on --standard peeler centrifuges)
is an obstacle to the next filtration phase. On this machine,
every cycle is automatically -----completely
eliminated.
Toxic products, where no contamination between the handled material
and the external environment or operators is strictly ---required.
